Remote-Leasing Administrator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client working remotely.
The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) to three (3) years' experience in commercial leasing
• Real Estate Database experience
• Fully remote; paying between $24 - $26/hr depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

• Onboarding new stores for the client
• Reading the lease and interpreting important dates/call-outs
• Working with client vendors
• Working internally on client systems to create rent
• Issuing Date Certificates
• Using lease interpretation skills

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) to three (3) years' experience
• Skilled in Excel and Outlook
• Real Estate Database experience
• Commercial lease interpretation skills
