The Site Development Manager will lead and support site development activities, including site acquisition, real estate, zoning, construction design, quality standards, site compliance, and external affairs. This role ensures high-quality and timely delivery of operational and project-based development activities, maintaining consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, and siting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, expertise, and guidance for site development activities.
- Ensure quality control and consistency in site acquisition, real estate, zoning, and construction design.
- Oversee construction quality standards and site compliance.
- Manage external affairs related to site development.
- Support engineering, site development, and soft cost/area teams.
- Work with T-Mobile Project Managers and team members to manage large buildouts.
- Telecom experience in site development, specifically leasing.
- Familiarity with T-Mobile's database (Magentabuilt) or equivalent systems like Siterra.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and action items.
- Experience liaising with RF, site acquisition, construction, and landlords to resolve tasks.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel to market offices as needed.
