Schedule : Onsite
Targeted start : Mid / End March
Pay Rate : $30-35 per hour (DOE)
Position Overview
Synchronization Licenses for commercials and branded uses of music :
- Verification of synchronization license details in company licensing systems.
- Draft licenses & Invoices for use of songs in Commercials.
- Oversee coordination of activities to license or otherwise authorize the use of company licensed content.
- Follow up to secure signed licenses and payments.
- Point person to third parties interested in using company catalog for outside use.
- Independently negotiate language in licenses to ensure adherence to high level business goals
- Public facing negotiations to establish and maintain company policies with respect to limitation of rights and parameters surrounding use of music.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and resolve unlicensed uses.
- Participate in the development of licensing deals and ensure that deals are carried out according to specification.
- Additional tasks as may be assigned.
