Visual UX Designer - Mobile Applications

We are seeking a talented Visual UX Designer to craft exceptional user experiences for mobile applications. This role involves designing innovative user interfaces, developing prototypes, and contributing to the strategic growth of our user experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver top-tier UI designs through iterative processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Innovate visuals that elevate the Mercedes-Benz design language.
Create interactive prototypes and stay updated on emerging tools and trends.
Conduct design research and align strategies with social, cultural, and tech developments.
Support UI / UX user studies for the U.S. market and provide design proposals for strategic initiatives.
Collaborate creatively, coordinate projects, and maintain strong partner relations.
Attend workshops and travel for business needs; remote work is acceptable with workshop availability.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's in Visual Communication, Media Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.

Experience : 3 years in design with a strong portfolio showcasing visual and interaction design expertise.

Need is within our area of expertise? What ERG Specialty Practice (Embedded, ASIC, IT, etc.)? Y

Urgency - what is the timeline from offer to start? 2-3 weeks.

Budget identified and REQ is approved? Budget makes sense for a return of $25-30 net margin. Y / N? Y

What is the interviewing and hiring process (provide details - one round, two rounds, code test, etc.)? Coding test, then 2 interviews.

Pay Rate for posting : $70-$75 / hr

Estimated Min Rate : $70.00

Estimated Max Rate : $75.00
