Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems / Data Analyst
to lead analysis and design activities for a replatforming project
centered around reference
and master data management
across multiple workstreams. This role is crucial in understanding complex data systems, writing detailed requirements, and collaborating closely with business users to deliver solutions. If you have a strong background in financial services, particularly with IBOR

Key Responsibilities :
- Business and Data Systems Analysis :
Lead the analysis of current systems and business processes as part of a replatforming initiative, focusing on reference and master data management.
Oversee the management of reference and master data across various business units and workstreams, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
to support analysis, system designs, and decision-making.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and smooth implementation of system designs.
Design solutions that meet the needs of business users while aligning with the technical capabilities and architecture.
Use Advanced Excel
for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
for data extraction and querying.
and Snowflake
is a plus.
Required Qualifications :

Estimated Min Rate : $52.50
