Schedule : Fully onsite

Rate : $28.00 - $34.00 / hr

Description :

The primary objective of this position is to support the Company's Customer Care CE Operation Project / Program Management activities including project plan creation, resource planning, and project status monitoring & reporting. The goal of the Project / Program Manager is to support on-time, in-scope / budget projects. In order to achieve the highest project performance, the person in this position is expected to maintain effective communication with key stakeholders and leaders within the division and cross-divisionally where applicable. Also, require advanced PowerPoint skills with capability of storytelling visually.

Qualifications :

  • 4 years' experience
  • Customer Care" and Business Operations background with strong Project administration (customer care knowledge and culture experience i.e. healthcare industry)
  • Liaison between all parties and stakeholder
  • Hands-on training - understands how to follow-up on project action items with internal and external parties
  • Traction and execution of project action items
  • Consumer electronics operations industry experience
  • Internal communications experience
  • Strong PowerPoint experience for documenting tests and projects
  • Excel experience to identifying data anomalies (not Excel expert but some experience)
  • Tech savvy & have attention to detail - will do regular reporting of insights to leadership
  • Business Operations & Customer Care centric mindset / experience (preferred industries are customer experience driven industries such as Healthcare for example); looking for some type of change management / transformation project experience
  • Must be able to drive their own process - design processes and planning of projects while identifying gaps; projects are fast-moving so they must be able to work with ambiguity & pace of the environment

Responsibilities :

  • Manage 4-7 ongoing projects portfolio within the Consumer Electronics Operation
  • Support business leads in the creation of project plans, deployment & handover plans, resource plans
  • Ensure that all projects have required documentation as they move through the project tollgates
  • Collaborate with program developers and business leads to keep project in scope
  • Communicate to leadership on project status and escalation / decision points
