The Big Picture - Top Skills Should You Possess :
- Bilingual or Multilingual (Portuguese and / or Spanish English)
- Minimum - associate's degree or equivalent.
- Five (5) plus years of practical experience in customer service and retention.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for documenting and managing customer interactions
- Hybrid Schedule : 3 days a week onsite; 2 days remote
- Pay Range : $25 - $26 / hr
