Quality Consultant - Registered Nurse (RN) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Palo Alto, CA

Top Skills Should You Possess :

Advanced Quality Improvement Experience required
Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Accreditation, Policy & Procedures, QAPI, Licensing and Survey Management required
Ability to work onsite M-F, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

What You'll Be Doing :

Performing professional administrative, analytical, and consultative duties related to assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating performance improvement and regulatory compliance strategies with the goals of maintaining and improving quality of patient care, patient safety, and patient experience while reducing variations and costs of care and ensuring compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and licensing standards, policies, and guidelines.

Lead multiple large scale, organization wide, performance improvement initiatives to improve patient safety and patient care.

Perform data analysis; create & interpret data displays, including clinical, cost, and patient satisfaction data.

Perform other duties as required.

What You Need to Bring to the Table :

Master's Degree in related field; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university

Current license as a California Registered Nurse

Five to seven (5-7) years of Quality Improvement Nursing experience

Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Accreditation, Policy & Procedures, QAPI, Licensing and Survey Management required

Ability to perform data analysis using statistical process control tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey medical and research-related information to research subjects of all ages and backgrounds

Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
