Overview :
- Face of the Turning (CNC) & Fabrication division to accounts in assigned territory (OH, IN & KY).
- Drive sales growth and strategy by calling on customers and distributors to promote products and technology, achieve design-ins, and achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Provide documentation and maintenance of client relationship management (CRM) data.
- Handle sample follow-up, forecasting, and approval of design registrations.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive growth at new, target, and focus accounts within the responsible territory.
- Follow and communicate market trends.
- Work with the internal business development team to create focus opportunity strategies.
- Coordinates non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), price negotiations, and margin management.
- Manage customer performance to forecast, communicate new pricing with overseas sales departments, and lead Business Review meetings.
- Takes a leadership role in customer meetings and conferences calls, publishes minutes, and drives action items to closure.
- Ability to understand customer needs and develop mutually beneficial solutions.
