This role helps teams understand and adopt a custom Delivery Process Framework to deliver various types and sizes of work. The framework is a hybrid of traditional and iterative methodologies, focusing on effective execution of meetings and continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Framework Adoption
- Guide teams on adopting and adapting framework values, processes, and practices
- Assist teams with self-organization and best practices
- Optimize gaps in the framework
- Coach teams to higher levels of process maturity
- Servant Leadership style of support; lead by example
- Remove impediments or guide teams to remove them
- Facilitate discussions, decision-making, conflict resolution, and delivery of work goals
- Facilitate framework meetings (Standup, Backlog Grooming, Review, and Reset)
- Communication and support
- Improve transparency and radiate information
- Deliver team metrics and dashboards for continuous improvement
- Administrative tasks
- Normal office working conditions with some travel required
- Maintain a satisfactory work record, including good attendance
Qualifications :
Estimated Min Rate : $51.33
Estimated Max Rate : $73.33
