  • Corporate Facility Operations & Maintenance
  • Ensure coordination of workplace health, safety and facilities operations for all YCA’s locations.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and IT-related facility needs.
  • Schedule routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal office functionality.
  • Serve as the primary contact for facility-related concerns and requests from employees.
  • Workplace Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure corporate YCA offices comply with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Should be proficient in security measures, including access control and emergency response plans.
  • Well versed in conducting regular safety drills and coordinating with building management on emergency preparedness.
  • Maintain facility policies and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
  • Office Space & Asset Management
  • Assist in office space planning and employee workstation assignments.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of conference rooms, common areas, and workspaces.
  • Coordinates moves, renovations, and space optimization initiatives.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of office furniture, equipment, and supplies.
  • Vendor & Budget Management
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for cleaning, security, catering, and other facility-related services.
  • Maintaining compliance with contracts, service agreements, and ensuring vendors meet YCA’s corporate standards.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies, furniture, and equipment.
  • Sustainability & Corporate Initiatives
  • Implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives in alignment with YCA’s corporate goals.
  • Monitor office utility usage and propose cost-saving and eco-friendly solutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for collecting utility information and submitting monthly data to the parent company.
  • Emergency Preparedness & Business Continuity
  • Maintain emergency response and business continuity plans for YCA’s corporate offices.
  • Coordinate with leadership and building management to ensure readiness for emergencies.
  • Coordinate regular facility drills and employee training on evacuation procedures.
  • Participation as a office first responder and safety committee member.
  • Corporate Communication & Reporting
  • Coordinates communication with other facility representatives for local activities.
  • Provide regular reports on facility operations, budget tracking, and maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain facility records, including compliance documentation and vendor agreements.
  • Office Administration
  • Coordinate IT support for facility-related technology needs (e.g., security systems, access controls)
  • Assist with corporate events, coordinating facility needs such as seating, catering, and AV equipment.
  • Maintain compliance records for workplace safety, fire codes, and building regulations.
  • Monitor office cleanliness, organization, and supply levels, ensuring a well-maintained work environment.
  • Process work orders, track requests, and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office applications efficiently to manage data, create reports, and facilitate communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using various office software tools.
  • Leverage office applications to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
