This critical role involves working closely with shift supervisors to drive warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be able to assume responsibility and lead warehouse teams in the absence of supervisors.
Key Tasks:
- Carry out rigorous LP audits to validate order accuracy and enhance workforce efficiency
- Partner with supervisors to develop and implement employee training programs
- Pick, pack, and restock merchandise according to supervisor instructions
- Enforce safety protocols on the warehouse floor, emphasizing the correct use of forklifts and lifting equipment
