Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Audits finished tires to assure that only those within quality standards are passed
  • Monitors inspectors understanding and adherence to standards.
  • Trains and tests new inspectors
  • Generates and maintains boundary samples
  • Maintains uniformity and balance machines accuracy control by daily/periodical checks and review and maintains control charts on these machines
  • Act as QAs UF and Balance Machine expert
  • Review, retest, clean and disposition RRO failures daily
  • Issue and control uniformity specifications
  • ISO 9001/14001 internal auditor
  • Any other job as assigned by QA Manager
