We're seeking a talented Compound Engineer to help drive our success at the Yokohama Tire Corporation. Your role will involve research, analysis, and collaboration to create high-quality compounds that meet customer expectations.
You will have the opportunity to travel extensively, participating in 4 months of overseas training and one month of training in the Continental U.S.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine compound formulas.
- Monitor compound performance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- BS in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
