**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Outreach Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about community engagement, substance abuse treatment and possess a diverse skill set to drive outreach initiatives effectively.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with the community and drive patient referrals
- Manage administrative tasks related to outreach programs
- Lead project management efforts for outreach campaigns
- Conduct data collection and analysis to measure outreach effectiveness
- Manage social media platforms to increase community awareness
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills in guiding outreach activities
- Contribute to program development by identifying areas for growth and improvement
