Busser/Dishwasher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, countertops, and equipment.
• Assist in bussing tables by clearing dishes and resetting them for new guests.
• Help with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during service.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
• Support catering events by assisting with setup and cleanup as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• A commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Flexibility to assist in various roles within the kitchen and dining areas as needed.

Pay: $12.59 - $13.03 per hour
