Qualified candidates can expect the following:
- Competitive Hourly Rate; starting at $18 hour based on experience
- Full time, steady work schedule; days typically start at 7:30 am and end around 4:00 pm
- Weekend hours are rare but sometimes necessary to make up time lost due to rain
- Overtime paid at time and half over 40 hours per week

The requirements for our Fence Installation/Carpentry Foreman position are as follows:
- 2-3 years of experience in fence installation or carpentry preferred.
- Must have a valid Driver’s license. Medical card or ability to obtain upon hire preferred.
- Applicant will be responsible for installing commercial and residential fencing including aluminum fences, wooden privacy fences, vinyl fences, chain-link fences, split rail fences, etc.
- Job duties include: Locating, measuring and marking location for placement of fence according to plan. Digging holes, setting posts, accurately installing fence panels according to specifications, maintaining and cleaning tools, coordinating the workload and the efforts of the fence helper, etc.
- The Fence Installer will be responsible for communication with the supervisor and completing worksheets including daily pre-trip vehicle inspections and on-site production records.
- The foreman will also be responsible for examining and inspecting work progress, equipment & work site to ensure that specifications are met.
- Job involves heavy lifting, manual labor and working in the elements. Ability to learn quickly, lead others and work well with other crew members a must.
- Applicant must be organized and detail-oriented with a stable job history.
