We are a full-service company that partners or sub-contracts with other related specialists (arborists, environmental designers, etc.) who have similar company philosophies. Our goal is teaching clients the importance of using the best cultural practices to manage their landscape, while positively affecting the environment around them as well.

The ideal candidate(s) understand how to work hard & with speed/efficiency. The lawn maintenance season typically starts for us in late March (but this is dependent on weather), and goes through November/December (weather permitting.) We usually perform snow removal operations at some point in December through March.

The day typically begins for us at 7:30am, and ends near 4:00 pm. An average day during the busy time of year might be 8 hours. In the field of landscaping/lawncare, flexibility is key. There are times of the year that are busier than others, so willingness & availability to work overtime, weekends (if necessary) & longer days, is required. We rarely work weekends, but sometimes, to make up for lost days due to rain, or to catch up on jobs, is necessary. There will be days throughout the year where lawn care is not needed or is not possible due to weather and you may be asked to go with a different landscaping crew to help out during those days

Above all...have some passion for outdoor work and the willingness to learn.
