Yonex USA specializes in producing technologically advanced sports equipment to enable players, both amateur and professional, to play tennis, badminton, golf, snowboard, and pickleball at a higher level. The Promotions Program Manager for Badminton oversees and manages all badminton sponsorship programs, promotional events and ensures that our programs and partnerships create growth opportunities and drive business results.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee badminton promotion and marketing activities. This includes planning, managing, and executing badminton sponsorship programs including players, coaches, stringing team, and badminton promotional events.
- Coordinate sponsorship programs for players, coaches and advisory staff for products, orders, and other inquiries
- Manage and coordinate Pan Am events, stringing services, and maintain international player contracts and packages.
- Plan, manage and attend demo days, tournaments, trade shows and other promotional activities.
- Organize, document, and track non-inventory products for badminton sponsorship programs players
- Manage key partnerships and related duties for Team USA, USA Badminton, high school badminton leagues, non-profit organizations, etc.
- Prepare uniforms for Team USA team and individual events.
- Keep current on products, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends, periodic reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager and updating Customer Service with such information.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Departments for promotional activities.
- Create product info sheets, tech reviews and promotional materials to Customer Service and Sales
- Create content and social campaigns for Yonex Badminton social channels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred
- 2-3 years of marketing or promotion experience
- Must possess specialized experience or knowledge of the badminton sports industry, badminton equipment, and methods for promoting and selling products or services.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite is required
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
- Basic understanding of sales principals and customer service practices
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize work schedule on short and long term as well as the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Possess strong oral and written communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to write formal business letters, contracts, and proposals
Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Salary : $72,000 - $85,000
