Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and facilitating recreational activities for residents.

Lead group and individual activities that promote socialization and engagement.

Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.

Provide one-on-one assistance to residents as needed.

Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress.

Collaborate with staff to tailor activities to meet individual needs.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a healthcare or recreation setting preferred.

Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor.

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
