Yooniversal Media is seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our San Jose office. This part-time, in-person role offers 8-10 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, with flexible scheduling between 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM—perfect for students balancing coursework.
Who We're Looking For:
We’re searching for an enthusiastic individual with a strong passion for marketing, a desire to learn, and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate should have:
A solid understanding of social media marketing (All social platforms)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management, organization, and follow-through skills
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Preferred):Experience with Asana, web design tools, Google Workspace, SEO platforms, or web development
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s marketing (or a related field)
Looking for an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Research and create content for social media, newsletters, company website, and job postings.
Collaborate with the team on marketing campaigns.
Assist with marketing events—planning, coordination, and setup Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks.
Research and analyze competitor marketing and digital content.
Additional tasks as needed
