Principal QA Engineer - Moldova Qa

Lead the design and execution of comprehensive test strategies that align with product goals and quality standards.Collaborate closely with technical management to define, implement, and maintain quality standards across the organization, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.Ensure quality throughout the product life cycle, conducting risk analysis, strategic test planning, and quality metrics reporting.Design strategies for assessing and validating quality in live systems, identifying risk areas, and recommending proactive testing measures.Mentor and support junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and excellence in test automation, code quality, and agile processes.Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product testability, reliability, and overall quality.Skills and Expertise : In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, frameworks, and automation practices.Skilled in statistical analysis for quality metrics and interpreting test data to support strategic decisions.Extensive experience with API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) and modern web technologies.Proficient in test management tools (e.g., Zephyr, TestRail) and in establishing QA strategies within agile environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to articulate complex QA strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience : Over 10 years in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a lead or principal QA role.Proven experience in defining quality standards and leading QA efforts on complex projects.Strong experience in collaborating with technical leadership to establish and uphold quality standards.Strong command of written and spoken English, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.What we offer Who we are : We create the kind of products people love and talk about now for 18 years in a row with our ever-growing 150 staff in 5 locations.
