Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all project-related financial activities are completed.
  • Reconcile project budgets and expenses.
  • Generate reports detailing project progress and financial status.
  • Prepare and generate invoices based on project data.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure invoices are accurate and sent out on time.
  • Monitor and ensure that all team members log their working hours correctly and on time.
  • Follow up with individuals who have incomplete or incorrect time entries.
  • Generate time tracking reports and analyze data for discrepancies or issues.

Data Management and Reporting :

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Generate necessary data and reports for delivery managers and senior management.
  • Ensure all data related to project performance is up to date and accurately reflected in the company’s systems.
  • Coordination and Communication :

  • Serve as a liaison between project teams and the finance department.
  • Communicate deadlines and requirements for time logging and project data submission.
  • Assist in resolving any issues related to project financials or time tracking.
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • Attention to Detail : Ensuring all data is accurate and invoices are correct.
  • Organizational Skills : Managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Communication Skills : Clearly communicating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
  • Familiarity with Project Management Software : Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello, and time tracking software like Harvest or Toggl.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, project management, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project administration or coordination roles.
