Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in UI / UX, instructional design, electrical engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience in UI / UX design or familiarity with design principles is preferred.Technical SkillsProficient in using design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Notion, or similar).Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of software tools used in collaborative team environments.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.Patience and empathy when working with diverse teams at various skill levels.Other QualitiesCalm under pressure and solution-oriented.Passion for teaching and supporting others in their growth journey.Ability to adapt and tailor training programs to diverse team needs.What we offer
