PURPOSE:
The Human Resources Manager effectively oversees the human resources functions, supports employee development, and contributes to the overall success of the organization.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
- Counsel staff on candidate selection, assignment change recommendations, as well as the analyzation of exit interviews.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Ensure effective communication between management and employees.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback.
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training
