As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development : Identify and target potential clients in the Inland Empire area, including small to medium-sized businesses and large corporations, to offer customized staffing solutions.
Relationship Building : Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs, offering solutions, and maintaining regular follow-up.
Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Client Presentations : Deliver engaging sales presentations to decision-makers, showcasing the value and benefits of our staffing services.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Negotiation and Closing : Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, negotiating contracts and service terms.
Collaboration : Work closely with the internal recruiting and account management teams to ensure clients receive high-quality candidates that meet their staffing needs.
Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress toward targets, and client feedback to the Sales Manager.
