This full-time position operates Monday through Friday on-site from 8:30am-5:00pm. In this role, you will facilitate estimates for the No Surprises Act and Good Faith Estimates, ensuring patients understand potential costs. You will also assist with collections on various accounts, including legal, agency, bank loans, and other outstanding balances, working with patients to set up payment plans as needed.
