Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the housing units on the Meadow View Campus.
- Process tenant applications and manage certification, recertification, and required inspections.
- Receive and process tenant rent and housekeeping payments.
- Coordinate promotional activities for housing units.
- Address tenant inquiries and requests, or coordinate with Plant Operations as needed.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports for the YG Finance Department and reports for USDA Rural Development, HUD, and Contract Management Services.
What You Bring:
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Prior HUD experience is a plus!
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Associate's degree and/or secretarial training (preferred).
