Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare instruments and supplies, maintaining an aseptic surgical environment.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team, ensuring an orderly and efficient operating field.
- Maintain accurate sponge, needle, and instrument counts.
- Participate in on-call rotations for 24-hour surgical coverage.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset.
- BLS certification.
- Surgical Tech certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Nebraska state licensure.
