What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundsman/Laborer position at York Golf & Tennis Club?
Looking for seasonal part time/ full time help maintaining and improving a 125-year-old golf course. Early morning hours essential but otherwise flexible scheduling. Typical day would be operating walk behind mowers for about 3-4 hours followed by a variety of tasks which may including bunker raking, string trimming, grass mowing, weeding, and a myriad of other tasks relating to turf grass maintenance. Pride in one's work, desire and ability to do strenuous labor and work well with others key traits desired. Experience in golf course maintenance helpful but not essential. Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $19.50 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
