**About the Role:**
This full-time position involves working 36 hours per week, with three 12-hour shifts and every other weekend. Shifts are from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, with occasional requests for night shifts if needed. This position requires variable shifts but does not involve call responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
* Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
* Utilize effective communication skills to educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques
**Requirements:**
* Active Maine nursing license
* BLS certification
* ACLS certification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
