We have a new opening for a Materials II. This is a full time 40hrs/wk position working days in our busy Patient Supplies Team. Patient Supplies is located in York, Maine.
- Maintains appropriate inventory levels of all supplies.
- Reviews, edits, approves and verifies transmission of purchase orders.
- Ensures that requisitions for supplies (or linen) and e-mail requests are filled in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Understands and follows all receiving processes including counting and signing for deliveries.
In order to help us continue to provide exceptional patient/customer experiences, we will need you to have the following:
- Minimum (2) or more years of purchasing/material management experience in a healthcare facility. Surgical supplies preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Attention to detail
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
