Job Details
We currently have an opening for an experienced Nursing Supervisor.
This is a full-time night position, 7 : 00 pm to 7 : 30 am in our ICU Department.
The Nursing Supervisor coordinates and organizes personnel and other resources to meet the patient care functions of the organization, in a cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities include : Assures the continuous and timely availability of urgent care, emergency, inpatient, and operative services to patients and families.
Job Requirements
Must have had previous supervisor, manager or coordinator experience, 3 - 5 years.
Must have active licensure for the State of Maine or compact.
3) Years progressive management / leadership experience required.
5) Years progressive management / leadership preferred.
Previous experience as a Charge Nurse, Unit Coordinator or Director preferred.
Schedule Information
Shifts will be variable with call rotation required for this role.
