About the Role: As an Aggregates Production Supervisor, you will provide oversight and constructive feedback to mining & processing teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You will also be responsible for ensuring workplace safety and environmental compliance standards are exceeded, including housekeeping for the entire operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality standards of finished products are consistently met.
- Timely and accurate production and key metrics reporting; all prescribed administrative processes are followed.
- Maintain appropriate and accurate inventories.
- Timely ordering of parts and supplies.
- Perform all work in accordance with YBP Safety and Environmental policies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills; familiarity with profit/loss statements.
- Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in high-volume production environments.
- Experience with production scheduling and meeting customer requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize plant issues and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to successfully interact with cross-functional departments and external entities.
- Thorough understanding of safety and environmental regulations with a strong track record of managing successful S&E programs.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
