York CDJR of Brazil is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive financing industry and be able to work effectively with customers to find the best financing options for their needs, as well as suggest and promote aftermarket products to enhance their vehicle purchase. This position requires direct customer contact with the goal of developing relationships and helping to enhance the sales process in presenting qualified vehicles to customers. Compensation plan will be based on experience.
Qualified candidates should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Accuracy in submitting deals for approval
- Closer with a self-motivating personality
- Follow all company policies to ensure all transactions are compliant and error-free
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Enthusiastic and outgoing with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic
- Develop and maintain relationships with lenders.
- Shop around with different lenders to find the best interest rates and terms for customers
- Help customers understand the terms of their loan and answer any questions they have
- Understand inventory and assist in selecting the right vehicle to meet the customers needs
- Work closely with sales consultants to collect all necessary documentation to secure the deal
- Process the paperwork for the loan and work with the lender to get it approved
- Provide customer service and support throughout the loan process
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the auto financing industry
- Team oriented to work well with sales and office staff to ensure deals are processed accurately from start to finish.
Position Requirements
- Previous Automobile Finance experience required
- Strong work ethic, telephone, and customer handling skills
- Strong follow up skills
- Positive attitude.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in auto financing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in all aspects of auto sales
- Detailed paperwork processing
