York Ford of Brazil has an immediate opening for a full-time Detailer to join our growing service department. As a detailer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every customer that chooses York Ford of Brazil receives a quality, cleaned vehicle upon delivery in a timely and efficient manner. You’ll also be responsible for making sure all in-stock vehicles are up to the cleanliness standards we set to provide our customers for test drives, as well as to assist sales staff in keeping the lot organized and attractive.

Responsibilities:
The Detailer is responsible for routine cleaning service on vehicles, including lot cleans, delivery cleans, and any other as instructed by a member of management, in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Detail vehicles inside and out
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery
- Keep lot organized and tidy
- Ensure all vehicles on the lot have the proper signage and tags
- Perform other tasks as needed
- Complete all work according to dealership applicable safety requirements and published procedures.
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel as required to satisfy customer needs
Qualifications:
- Must be able to safely operate shop equipment
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers, sales associates, and management
- Must be reliable and able to work a flexible schedule depending on business needs
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company and customer vehicles
- Ability to stand for eight (8) to ten (10) hours per day.
