The Revolution is seeking motivated and hard working undergraduates of any major to join our 2025 intern class. Undergraduate interns will work in a variety of departments for the 2025 season, including Marketing, Sales, Ticketing and Operations. Interns will learn a great deal about how to manage a minor league professional sports franchise. Undergraduate interns work primarily on game days but will on occasion be required to work non-game days as needed. Undergraduate internships start and end approximately on May 15 and August 15, respectively, which can be flexible based upon an individuals university schedule. The Revolution will work with an individual's college or university to ensure an intern receives college credits for the experience, if accepted by their institution, as our undergraduate internships are unpaid positions.

All employees of the Revolution conduct some physical tasks involved in event management to the best of their abilities. Such tasks may include cleaning seats, table set-up, tarping with the grounds crew and the lifting of items such as programs.
