What You'll Do:
- Sell Tickets to Fans: Assist walk-up customers at the Shipley Energy Ticket Office on game days.
- Provide Exceptional Service: Ensure a positive experience by helping fans select the perfect seats and answering their questions with patience and professionalism.
- Support Existing Customers: Assist season members and other fans with their needs and provide expert assistance.
- Master the Glitnir Ticketing System: Become proficient in using our ticketing software to process sales efficiently and accurately.
- Comfortable Work Environment: Enjoy a seated position during your shift, allowing you to focus on providing excellent service.
- Payment Processing Experience: The ticket office accepts cash and card payment methods. Experience handling cash and giving change is a plus.
