What You'll Do:
- Welcome Fans and Guide Them to Their Seats: Be the first point of contact in ensuring fans find their seats with ease and a smile.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Assist fans throughout the event, addressing questions and resolving any concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain the Seating Area: Prepare for a great fan experience by cleaning off seats prior to the game.
- Stay Active: Enjoy a dynamic shift on your feet, moving up and down stairs while overseeing your assigned section.
- Handle Situations with Maturity: Help resolve any issues that may arise in your section with patience and understanding.
