Performance
Responsibilities:
Ø
Performs
usual office routines
Ø
Obtains,
gathers, and organizes pertinent data as needed and puts it into usable form
Ø
Prepares
written materials for the purpose of documenting activities and conveying
information
Ø
Maintains
a regular filing system and processes incoming correspondence as instructed.
Ø
Places,
receives, and directs telephone calls, faxed documents, and electronic (e-mail)
messages appropriately
Ø
Performs
major bookkeeping tasks associated with school funding.
Ø
Completes
and files necessary reports and documents as required
Ø
Participates
in meetings, workshops and seminars as assigned for the purpose of conveying
and/or gathering information
Ø
Orders
and maintains supplies as needed
Ø
Anyother
bookkeeping duties as assigned
Specific Job Requirements:

Terms of
Employment: 200 days per school year. Salary to be established by the Board.
Evaluation:
Performance
of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board’s
policy on Evaluation of Support Service Personnel.
