Job Details
Team Members: This Staff Engineer will be leading 5 engineers (some are junior, while others are more mid/senior). Expected to help ensure work is being delivered on, as well as upskill junior folks.
About the need/overview: This role has a level of architecture responsibilities, leadership duties, a strong engineering mindset, and requires someone who can be in the weeds with the team.
75% engineering, 25% architecture
Personality: someone who is collaborative, ok being in the weeds, and comfortable holding others accountable.
Looking for someone to come in and help model the "new" way of doing things vs waterfall
Engineer not a developer mindset.
Wants deep knowledge of salesforce but not a purist.
Tech: Salesforce CRM is the main instance they are on some financial cloud and some omni. Know lightning and apex are the core tech skills but in addition has to be comfortable with java as well they have some custom connection to rest endpoints and kafka.
