Develop and maintain the organizations’ systems that store and organize data with regard to donors, stakeholders, and department gains. Critical management of confidential, computerized records of financial and in-kind donors, their giving histories, and other personal information.

- Create data structures to support the organization’s evolving needs
- Manage data integrity, data needs, creating user rights, funds, campaigns, tables, imports, exports, and general configuration for the data system
- Process donations and maintain regular reconciliation of grants/donations to the general ledger
- Prepare, process, and mail philanthropic stewardship and donor acknowledgment letters
- Liaise on behalf of the department with the Finance Department
- Create and maintain simple and complex reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, graphs, etc. to report various financial and service information; produce ad-hoc reports, as needed
- Maintain training material and execute trainings of the database
- Lead data-driven projects
- Work with vendors and technical resources in the design/implementation of the database
- Maintain consistent and proactive contact with the department and other key organizational staff to review data needs, and recommend and implement necessary improvements
- Provide information support to staff, volunteers, and constituents
- Provide general administrative support when necessary
- Partner with staff to ensure continuous outreach to donors through the website, constant contact, email blasts, and updates
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
