Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Site Leadership & Execution
- Supervise field crews and ensure work is completed to high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with trade partners and subcontractors to maintain efficiency and productivity on-site.
- Oversee carpentry and post-tension concrete work, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
- Monitor and enforce jobsite safety, conducting daily safety checks and ensuring OSHA compliance.
- Ensure project schedules are met by managing daily and weekly work plans.
- Interpret and enforce construction drawings, specifications, and local building codes.
Project Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to align field operations with project goals.
- Lead and participate in project meetings with subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and progress updates.
- Assist in procurement and coordination of materials, tools, and equipment to keep projects moving.
Safety & Compliance
- Conduct and enforce jobsite safety meetings to ensure compliance with WA/OR-OSHA and company policies.
- Monitor subcontractor safety performance and report any concerns to the Superintendent.
- Ensure proper fall protection, PPE use, and general site safety measures are in place.
Requirements - Carpentry/Foreman on Post Tension Projects for at least 5 years.
Must have five (5) or more years experience working with Midrise COMMERCIAL Projects.
Essential Functions Reviews project plans to determine time frame, overseeing portions of work, verifying subcontractor work. Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Serves as a medium of communication connecting subcontractors and management.

Responsibilities & Project Requirements Detailed:
1. Submittals
a. Review Submittal Log
b. Make sure Subs are building what has been submitted
2. RFI's - Communicate RFI's from Subs to management
3. Drawing Updates -- Make sure drawings are current
4. AS-Builts constantly keep drawings up to date with Field Changes
5. Review Scopes of work with site Super
6. Check on Fall Protection/Safety plan for Subs
7. Jobsite Safety Meeting -- All subcontractors
8. Help Superintendent with Daily reports
9. Coordinate with Project team on issues
General Requirements Detailed

4. Coordinate with Personnel Director on Manpower
