Essential Functions & Responsibilities:


Site Leadership & Execution

  • Supervise field crews and ensure work is completed to high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate with trade partners and subcontractors to maintain efficiency and productivity on-site.
  • Oversee carpentry and post-tension concrete work, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Monitor and enforce jobsite safety, conducting daily safety checks and ensuring OSHA compliance.
  • Ensure project schedules are met by managing daily and weekly work plans.
  • Interpret and enforce construction drawings, specifications, and local building codes.


Project Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to align field operations with project goals.
  • Lead and participate in project meetings with subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and progress updates.
  • Assist in procurement and coordination of materials, tools, and equipment to keep projects moving.


Safety & Compliance

  • Conduct and enforce jobsite safety meetings to ensure compliance with OR-OSHA and company policies.
  • Monitor subcontractor safety performance and report any concerns to the Superintendent.
  • Ensure proper fall protection, PPE use, and general site safety measures are in place.


What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Foreman on post-tension commercial projects.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience working with mid-rise commercial construction projects.
  • Strong carpentry skills with experience in structural framing, concrete formwork, and finishing.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
  • Proven ability to lead crews effectively, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to schedules.
  • Experience working with subcontractors, managing schedules, and maintaining site efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and address challenges in the field.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe jobsite.
