Yorktel is currently seeking a MPM Project Coordinator who reports directly to the Sales Operation Manager and will take direction from senior members of the team and the Sales Operation Manager regarding data analysis process and the steps to build a renewal quote.
This person will be addressing data integrity issues in Yorktel database. Tasks include responses to queries from Sales and from the VNOC regarding coverage and responding to and addressing room profile inaccuracies. Ability to perform data audits and work on corrections with Internal teams as well as OEM.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work to resolve coverage related issues and queries as reported by VNOC or Sales Team
- Review and support Asset Management for key accounts
- Update maintenance status and coverage in the Catalog.
- Ability to query and review data from Maintenance queries for specific customers to prep for renewal quotes.
- Help Sales prep for a Maintenance renewal quote and help resolve data inaccuracies.
- Processing of maintenance orders (NMT and MTR) in IFS, working with quotes from manufacturers and suppliers
- Complete all purchase orders for NM and MTR orders.
- Update and close out Project related activities in FS for NMT and MTR orders.
- Correcting INM projects where maintenance was processed incorrectly.
- Perform monthly audits of Key Enterprise customer data and prep for Maintenance renewals.
- As needed to complete job responsibilities
- Understanding and operation of Yorktel offerings and systems
- Understanding and use of vendor offerings and systems
- Required to gain in-depth knowledge of internal Yorktel systems and processes especially regarding room profile data integrity.

Education & Experience:
- College degree or military technical college graduate or equivalent and related work experience preferred
Additional Requirements:
- Occasional domestic travel requiring multi-night stays outside the local work area
