Yorktown Manor has an amazing opportunity for a New Full Time 35 hour a week COTA to join their In-House Rehab team in Yorktown, IN.

Yorktown Manor is a comprehensive skilled nursing facility, located just minutes from area hospitals, that specializes in post-acute care for individuals. We offer a wide variety of activities, programs and services specifically tailored to the individual needs of our residents, including physical, occupational and speech therapy; pharmacogenetics to help identify the most effective medications and dosages; and specialty education and training for staff.
Ideal Canddiates would have prior expeirence in SNF/LTC as well as have used the system Net Health
