Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure residents receive high-quality care in line with local / state regulations and service plans
- Develop and implement strategies that promote the organization’s mission and core values
- Lead subordinate managers to build a strong, effective leadership team
- Ensure daily operations and long-term plans align with policies and legal requirements
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with staff, residents, families, partners, and the community
- Oversee the community's budget and ensure financial targets are met
- Support occupancy growth and collaborate with the Sales team to promote the community and enhance its reputation.
