Assistant Food Service Director – Full Time | York, PA

Pay Rate : $18 – $21 per hour
Shift : Full-Time | 11 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM | Every Other Weekend (EOW) Required
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the dietary department, ensuring high standards of food service.
- Supervise, schedule, and manage food service employees, including hiring and performance evaluations.
- Prepare meals according to planned menus and approved recipes while adhering to special dietary requirements.
- Monitor resident care plans to ensure dietary needs are met.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain seamless facility operations.
- Provide nutrition counseling in coordination with the registered dietitian.
