Yorkview Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Speech Language Therapist (SLP / CCC) to join the in-house rehab team.
Responsibilities of Speech language Pathologist :
- Evaluate Residents’ conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits
- Help Residents in their goals to improve Cognition or Swallowing
- Education for Residents and Caregivers
- Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
- Maintaining Resident confidence & protects facility by keeping confidential information
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
- Contributes to team effort
- Perform Daily Documentation
- Perform Daily Billing
