We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team.

Position Details

  • Type : Full-Time
  • Salary Range : $90,000-$105,000 annually (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

As the ADON , you will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of care. Specific responsibilities include :

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
  • Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Conducting staff training and evaluations to foster professional growth.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.
  • Addressing and resolving any resident or family concerns related to care.

    • Qualifications

  • Licensure : Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Experience :

    • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a long-term care, hospital, or related healthcare facility.

  • Familiarity with the geriatric population is preferred.
  • Knowledge :

    • Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to skilled nursing care.

  • Skills :

    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
